Hello my name is Henry A. Poveda. I live in Costa Rica and every day on Facebook I see posts about abandoned animals and pets suffering from illnesses that their owners cannot afford. Most people seek help on social networks, in groups or on pet pages, asking for advice and recommendations, instead of going directly to the veterinarian. Feed and care for street cats is what i am looking for.

Some people don’t have the means to take their pets to the vet. Consultations, treatments and medicines can be expensive in Costa Rica. In general, some veterinarians receive the animals, while their owners get the money.

That is why the idea of making an emergency fund was born, both for pets and for abandoned animals, which also need to be rescued to provide them with medical treatment.
